The Ozark Off Road Cyclists, Community First Bank, Eureka Springs Parks and Recreation and the City of Eureka Springs are proud to present the Seventh Annual Eureka Springs Fat Tire Festival, July 16th, 17th, and 18th, 2004. This year's festival promises to be better than ever. “The Race to the Lake” XC event on Sunday is still the highlight of the weekend, backed by the “Super Fat Tire Trials” competition (a NORBA national event this year), the “Burnin’ Fat Downhill”, the Fatty bike parade, vendor expo, children’s races, speed trials, pasta dinner, Fatty film fest, Fatty awards ceremony and a one of a kind cycling back drop. Over 500 competitors from states all over will travel to the mountains, rivers, and lakes of Eureka Springs to compete for $10,000 in cash and prizes.
